"The apartment was very clean upon arrival, checkin was easy, (keys in a lock box). Lots to see and do everything within walking distance. The beach 5 min walk and a large grocery also 5 min away. If you have mobilty issues this place has 34 steps to walk up to get in. There was no housekeeping and no broom to sweep up all the fallen palapa grass from the roof of the apt which seems to fall daily."

"Our stay at Royalton Hideaway Riviera Cancun was great. From the time that we arrived to the time that we left, every employee went out of their way to make you feel comfortable. From our butlers, Sergio and Michelle. Our Pool Butler, Juan. Always checking on us and making sure we had everything we need. Food was good. Restaurants were nice. We did hideaway and diamond club. We had a complementary hydrotherapy spa treatment which was an hour. Everyone needs to take advantage of this. It was wonderful. Really enjoyed our stay."

"Amazing resort. Very clean every where you go. Beautiful rooms with top notch service. The food was excellent. A perfect variety of restaurants with healthy options.
